How we handle the information you share with PAD.

Overview
This site is the public portfolio of Plural Architecture and Design (PAD), an architecture and design practice based in Dubai, UAE. PAD is the controller of the information collected here. We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry and to operate the site. We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking.
What we collect
Contact form. When you write to us through the contact page, we receive the details you submit, such as your name, email address, location, and a short description of your project or enquiry.
Assistant chat. If you use the on-site assistant, the messages you send to it are processed to generate a reply.
Technical data. We process your IP address for security and abuse prevention, such as limiting how often a form or the assistant can be used.
We do not ask for, or intentionally collect, special categories of personal data through this site.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, to operate and maintain the site and the assistant, to prevent abuse, and to keep a record of correspondence. We do not use it for advertising or automated decision-making.
Where it goes
Contact enquiries are delivered to us by email through our mail provider. They are not stored in the site database.
Assistant messages are sent to the PAD assistant service (at leo.padstud.io), which generates a reply using Anthropic and may retain messages to operate and improve the service.
Site infrastructure. The site is served by Vercel. Our database, used by the assistant and for abuse prevention, is hosted on Supabase in the AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. These providers act as our processors and handle the data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence and assistant chat only as long as we need it to respond to you and to operate the service, then we delete it. If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we will.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask us to stop using it. To make a request, write to us at hello@padpractice.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
